I know this is a bit off-topic today, but I wanted to post a couple photos from the awesome conference I'm at this weekend: Social Media Camp in Victoria!

We didn't stay at the Empress, but it's so gorgeous I had to take some photos. We stayed at the beautiful Magnolia Hotel and I can't recommend it enough. Quiet, clean and great value. I'll be back for sure!


I wanted to make a quick mention of a contest that's going on here at Social Media Camp. I'm trying to win some money for Nanaimo Community Hospice . Shoes are DONE!

Life has been crazy lately, but I've got the day off today so it's time to update the blog with my big news. Yup - THE SHOES ARE DONE!! Check 'em out, in all their sparkly glory :)

 I'm so, So, SO happy with how these turned out :) Tell me - do you think I have a future in shoe design? I'm actually thinking of making and selling more pairs. What's your honest opinion? Would you buy them?
